Undertake analysis of individual and team performance against current KPIs. In the absence of defined KPIs, measure individual output and performance

Recommend KPIs based on organisation goals, reporting capabilities and individual skills

Creation and implementation of reporting tools for KPIs e.g. balanced scorecard

Recommend improvement objectives including coaching and training activities to bridge gaps in performance

Team - structure & skills
As a result of the performance review or business opportunity, we can manage the process ‘end to end’ of a full restructure or specific people changes.
